The new Enclosure Evaluation Service is ideal for those customers who have problematic enclosures, have limited resources and are fearful on taking any next steps due to legacy issues with older equipment. NIS will perform a full mechanical, electrical and thermal review of your enclosure to determine where it can benefit from any remedies or improvements. A broad range of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations will be performed using our SolidWorks 3D analysis tool set to determine performance issues under routine and load conditions. Results are provided in a clear and easy to interpret format.
Enclosures that run too hot, weigh too much, have mechanical problems, require a new power supply, need a technology refresh or are simply out of gas are good candidates for this service. We can help.
