The agreement establishes WaveTherm as a strategic supplier specific to the development of high-performance wedge locks, VPX reference designs and heatframe assemblies utilized in their enclosures. The objective of the relationship is to provide Customers with engineering support and the early-stage design guidance required to meet today’s demands for advanced thermal management starting at the board-level to the enclosure provided by NIS. The relationship is expected to expand the advanced packaging capabilities offered by NIS as well as exposing WaveTherm to new opportunities.
