NOVA Integration Solutions, Inc. (NIS) is an operating division within a company known as Electronics Integration Technologies (EIT) and together, we are members of our parent company known as Technology Dynamics Inc. (TDI) headquartered in Bergenfield, NJ. TDI is a leading supplier of MIL-grade power products in operation for over 35 years.

NIS was formed in June of 2008 by TDI as an engineering-based small-business product development organization known as the Florida Design Center. The company’s mission was to develop a family of sophisticated rugged and MIL spec electronic chassis and enclosure required by the defense and industrial markets.

The objective was to utilize TDI’s world-wide market presence and to integrate their resources consisting of a family of complex power products, machining and contract manufacturing services into the strategic products offered by NIS. As a result, NIS leads the way and is now known as an “advanced packaging supplier” in support of high-performance custom and standard “mission critical” solutions that operate in harsh environments.
